Do i have to test for Nitrates/nitrate? what if i only tested for ammonia and PH levels?
for a 10 gallon tank for a single male betta
Ph and nitrate are rarely a problem many fish live with the wrong PH its about being stable rather than getting it right and we have high nitrate levels in our tap water so i don’t bother testing
ammonia and nitrite are the killers so you must always test for both
