How hard is it to replace the shell on a nintendo DS?
My brother and I had gotten a zelda edition DS together around thanksgiving time,and now I want my own,but they cost like $200.
So I was wondering how hard it would be to buy a new/used other colored DS and get a zelda shell for it and put it on,or would it be eaiser to take it somewhere to get it changed? OR is there some other options for me?
In the DS Lite box where all of the manuals are you should get a little brochure that says that you can change the colour of your DS Lite. This is only restricted to white, pink and black. However, if you pay about 10 bucks extra you can get crimson/black or ocean/black as your colour. If you pay about 30 bucks extra you can get the special colours like Guitar Hero and Zelda.
